Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Ship the Package
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
